By creating an account, ordering a service, using our website, or using our hosting infrastructure, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them.

Services

We may provide VPS, VDS, dedicated servers, infrastructure, network services, technical support, and related services. The service is currently in pre-launch infrastructure setup. Plans and pricing are not publicly available yet and will be published before launch.

Account and customer responsibility

  • You must be legally able to enter into a contract with us.
  • You are responsible for securing accounts, credentials, servers, SSH keys, APIs, applications, and backups.
  • You are responsible for content, software, traffic, and activity associated with your services, including compromised systems.
  • You must notify us promptly if you believe your account or service has been compromised.

Acceptable use and abuse

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We do not allow malware, phishing, spam, botnets, credential theft, fraud, exploitation, DDoS activity, unauthorised scanning, attacks against third parties, or other illegal or harmful activity.

Where needed, we may suspend, restrict, null-route, rate-limit, block ports, remove content, or terminate services to protect our network, users, providers, or legal position.

Billing, renewals and refunds

You agree to pay all fees shown at checkout, in invoices, or in service orders. Services may renew automatically for the selected billing period unless cancelled before renewal.

Refunds and credits are handled under our Refund Policy. Setup fees, consumed services, domain registrations, IP resources, custom work, and third-party costs may be non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise.

Privacy, legal requests and content access

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not inspect customer content by default, but we may review limited information where reasonably necessary for support, abuse handling, security, legal compliance, or policy enforcement.

Availability and liability

We aim to provide reliable services, but hosting infrastructure can fail. Maintenance, upstream outages, DDoS attacks, hardware failure, software bugs, abuse mitigation, or legal requirements may affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption.

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
