What to include

  • Affected IP address, domain, URL, hostname, or service identifier.
  • Timestamp with timezone.
  • Logs, screenshots, headers, packet logs, hashes, or other evidence.
  • A clear description of the issue and whether it is ongoing.
  • Your name and contact details.

What we review

We may review the report, supporting evidence, account records, IP allocation records, operational logs, service metadata, relevant provider reports, prior abuse history, and limited content where reasonably necessary to verify or stop abuse.

Possible actions

Depending on risk, we may ask the customer to remediate, issue a warning, suspend or restrict service, block ports, rate-limit or null-route traffic, disable content, preserve evidence, terminate service, contact providers, or report serious illegal activity where legally required.

Customer notice and privacy

Where lawful and practical, we may notify affected customers and allow time to resolve the issue. We may delay or avoid notification if it would increase risk, compromise an investigation, violate law, or expose third parties to harm.

Good-faith reports

We appreciate good-faith abuse and security reports. Please do not access, modify, delete, disrupt, or exfiltrate data while investigating. Security vulnerabilities can be sent to [email protected].
