We want billing to be clear and fair. Refund eligibility depends on the service type, whether it has been provisioned or used, and whether the customer is a consumer or business customer.

Refund Policy
Hosting services
- Recurring hosting services may be cancelled before the next renewal.
- Already-used hosting time is generally non-refundable.
- Setup fees are generally non-refundable once provisioning has started.
- Custom work, custom configurations, IP resources, and third-party costs are generally non-refundable.
- Account credit may be offered at our discretion.
First-time goodwill refunds
For first-time customers, we may offer a refund within 14 days if the service has not been abused and resource usage is reasonable. Setup fees, domain registrations, IP fees, third-party costs, custom work, and consumed resources are excluded unless required by law or stated otherwise.
Abuse and policy violations
No refund is due where a service is suspended or terminated for malware, phishing, spam, fraud, DDoS activity, illegal content, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, false information, sanctions risk, or breach of our Acceptable Use Policy.
Consumer rights and renewals
If you are a consumer, you may have statutory cancellation rights depending on your location and service type. You are responsible for cancelling services before renewal if you do not want to continue.
