SVCservice modules

Services in preparation.

Six modules are being prepared. This page lists scope, current state and sequencing. Plans, prices and hardware specifications are not published yet.

S1modules

The six modules in detail.

MOD.01

VPS / VDS

PREPARING

Virtual servers for isolated workloads, application hosting and small infrastructure projects.

Virtual machines with full administrative access for general workloads. Specifications and plans will be published before ordering opens.

Scope

  • Isolated virtual servers with full administrative access
  • IPv4 / IPv6 connectivity
  • Console access and OS reinstall

Opens with the public plans phase of the roadmap.

MOD.02

Dedicated Servers

PREPARING

Full-machine resources for customers that need hardware-level control and predictable capacity.

Full machines for workloads that require dedicated hardware. Availability follows node deployment, so this module opens after the hosting nodes are in place.

Scope

  • Single-tenant hardware
  • Routed IPv4 / IPv6 address space
  • Direct coordination on installation and network configuration

Follows the hosting node deployment phase.

MOD.03

IPv4 / IPv6 Connectivity

PREPARING

Address space and connectivity with documented allocation, geolocation and announcement policy.

Address space is allocated under a documented process and described in a published geofeed following RFC 8805.

Scope

  • IPv6 allocations from NEKONODE address space
  • IPv4 where the use case requires it
  • Published geofeed entries for assigned space
  • Documented allocation and reclamation process

Tracks the routing and connectivity phase.

MOD.04

BGP / Network Infrastructure

PREPARING

Routing, session setup and upstream coordination for customers operating their own network resources.

Sessions are evaluated individually, with prefix filtering and origin validation applied on both sides.

Scope

  • BGP sessions with filtering and origin validation
  • Upstream and exchange coordination
  • Support for customers announcing their own resources

Case-by-case from the routing and connectivity phase onward.

MOD.05

Technical Support

PREPARING

Technical support for service questions, troubleshooting, provisioning coordination and launch enquiries.

Support requests are handled directly by the operating team, covering technical, billing and account questions.

Scope

  • Technical questions handled by the operating team
  • Billing and account handling in the same queue
  • Clear explanations of incidents and changes

Contact channels are already open for pre-launch questions.

MOD.06

Abuse Handling

ACTIVE

Documented intake, evidence review and escalation. Reports are reviewed manually before enforcement action.

Abuse intake is already active. Reports are reviewed against evidence and policy, and action is proportionate to the finding.

Scope

  • Documented intake and evidence requirements
  • Human review before enforcement
  • Proportionate action, from remediation request to termination
  • Escalation path for law enforcement and legal requests

Already active — [email protected] is monitored today.
